About Heather
Heather Kandawire is a licensed New Jersey Realtor® with a strong foundation in strategic marketing and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. She holds a BS in Finance from Bentley University and an MBA in Marketing and Communications from Fordham University. Before launching her real estate career, she spent over 15 years as a marketing executive in the cable television industry. During a five-year stay in Tokyo, Japan, she followed another passion and founded Kandawire Fitness, a boutique personal training business built on motivation, connection, and trust.
Since relocating to Montclair in 2012, Heather has embraced the area’s vibrant culture, culinary diversity, and proximity to New York City. She became a full-time Realtor in 2015 and has since helped buyers and sellers throughout Essex, Bergen, Passaic, Morris, and Union counties. With her marketing expertise and client-first approach, Heather offers white-glove service at every stage of the transaction—from pricing strategy and staging to negotiation and closing.
