Alexander Hitchen is VP, Private Client Strategy at Press for Success, the PR education platform founded by Sabina Hitchen.

 

He helps entrepreneurs, founders, and small business owners build visibility, credibility, and growth through strategic publicity, mentoring them to tell stronger stories, pitch with confidence, and show up more powerfully in the media.

Before Press for Success, Alexander spent more than 20 years in journalism and media in the UK and the United States. A Pulitzer Prize-nominated journalist, he held senior editorial roles, including investigations editor, appeared on national television in both countries as a media commentator, and contributed to work that helped expose wrongful convictions involving people serving life sentences. That kind of reporting requires more than skill. It requires knowing how to find the heart of a story and make sure it gets heard.

Today, he brings that same instinct to working with founders. Alexander helps business owners clarify their message, strengthen their presence, and turn publicity from something intimidating into a practical, repeatable skill. He is especially passionate about helping overlooked entrepreneurs recognize the full value of what they have built and communicate it with greater clarity, confidence, and authority.
